To experience the sounds of the great man, get along to High Barn in Great Bardfield on Friday September 17 for a night of Hendrix covers.

For £12 per ticket, witness a host of superb local bands come together to pay tribute to arguably one of the most influential rock musicians of all time.

High Barn spokesman Wendy Meldrum said: “The beauty of his music is that not only was he an excellent and creative guitarist, but he made great music and wrote timeless songs with enormous staying power.

“You don’t even have to be a tremendous fan to appreciate the evenings’ performances, what you will experience is an eclectic set of interpretations of songs from an exceedingly talented individual.”

To book tickets call the box office 01371 811291 or visit high-barn.com

High Barn is located on Braintree Road just as you enter the village from Braintree.

Hi out there,
I do not know were it is.
But have no need to go there as the real Hendrix won't not play there.
Take care,
Bendrix.

Hi Ben

Sadly no and if I've never heard of it I know it's too far for me.

Hi Bendrix - er, no, but I will be in Edinburgh. Essex a bit too far for me, too. Fancy a beer?
