Found again a new photo of Jimi, somewhere 1968 I think.
But who's the other guy?

Great shot but no idea who the guy is (and what is he doing?) Thought he was talking into a mike at first. Or eating an ice cream. Looks a bit like Dylan but it isn't.

Thanks rudeboy, what a lovely photo and so nice of you to post it. Isn't it amazing that almost 40 years after his death we are still seeing new images! Considering when he touched down at Heathrow for the first time in 1966 until his sad demise there was only a 4 year span he must have been one of the most photographed guys on the planet.

Could be Ernie Graham from Eire Apparent? The guy on the right in the Sunrise lp sleeve:

Can't see the guy's face properly of course but what is visible does look like Ernie Graham? If it's him then the photo could be from May 1968 Record Plant or October 1968 TTG.
